Skokie, Ill.-based Parkside Management Services LLC plans to build a senior living facility at the former Lake Geneva Raceway site in Lake Geneva. The property is located on the southeast side of the city, northeast of North Bloomfield Road and state Highway 120. The race track closed in 2006. The senior living facility will have 110 independent, assisted and memory care units.
