What has fueled your company’s growth?
“A unique business model that allows us to grow as we help our clients grow.”
What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?
“Finding existing community based residential facilities for sale in Milwaukee County.”
Do you plan to make any changes to your company?
The transition to ICD-10 from ICD-9 is required for everyone covered by the Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act. This transition and helping a new client implement a crisis stabilization unit for behavioral health patients are big changes for our team to handle.”
Who are the business people you admire?
“Brian Cahill, attorney at Gass, Weber, Mullins—an experienced trial lawyer/litigator that totally understands business. Joe Sweeney, Milwaukee area businessman and entrepreneur—he always seems to be in a positive frame of mind (glass is half full), even when it appears things are not going so well.”
What is the outlook for your industry?
“Outlook is excellent. Our clients serve people covered under the State of Wisconsin Medicaid BadgerCare Plus program. The program continues to grow.”
What is your company’s most important growth strategy?
“This is the third company we’ve owned and managed that is a Future 50 award winner (KeyLink Solutions & Abri Health Plan). Our growth strategy has always been to invest in our employees to allow them to provide the best service possible to our clients. We have fun together. We allow for a very flexible family/work life balance, and we are very transparent with our team”
