Roadrunner trucking terminal in Milwaukee sold for $4.6 million

An affiliate of Rosemont, Ill.-based Brennan Investment LLC recently purchased an 89,000-square-foot trucking terminal building in Milwaukee, used by Cudahy-based Roadrunner Transportation Systems Inc., from an affiliate of Boston-based STAG Industrial Inc. for about $4.65 million, according to state records.

The facility is located on a 10.7-acre site at 9160 N. 107th St. on the far northwest side of Milwaukee. It was built in 1988 and has an assessed value of about $4.2 million, according to city records. The facility has 57 dock doors.

The facility is one of 35 Roadrunner origin service centers located across the country, according to the company’s website.
Roadrunner has a long term lease for the facility and the change in ownership is not expected to affect its operations there, a company spokesperson said.
