Stillings joins the company from Illinois-based IDEX Corp. where he most recently was senior vice president and group executive responsible for pumping and valve technologies and IDEX China.

“Matt is a proven group executive with extensive leadership and international experience,” said Todd Adams, Rexnord president and chief executive officer. “I’m confident he will continue to enhance the overall strategy and performance of our Water Platform. He will be a great addition to our senior executive team as we continue to build the talent to scale the business for the future.”

Rexnord’s business is made up of two platforms, process and motion control and water management. The water management platform accounted for 43 percent of the company’s $1.9 billion in revenue during its most recent fiscal year.
