Wimmer Brothers hires new COO
Hales Corners-based Wimmer Brothers Realtors & Builders recently hired Paul Votto as chief operating officer. Votto is the managing partner of Votto Investment Advisors and was previously the president of Burke Properties.
Project superintendent hired for UWM School of Public Health project
The Brewery Project LLC, which is redeveloping the former Pabst brewery complex in downtown Milwaukee, announced that it hired Dan Burgos to be the project superintendent for the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee School of Public Health project. Burgos was previously a superintendent for Milwaukee-based C.G. Schmidt Inc. Burgos will be responsible for managing day-to-day construction activities of the UWM School of Public Health project, which is already under construction and is expected to be complete in 2012.
