Ogden Avenue apartment building sold for $1.9 million
Milwaukee-based Ernst on Ogden LLC purchased a 112-year-old, 29-unit apartment building at 624-32 E. Ogden Ave., Milwaukee, from Newport Beach, Calif.-based Gold Mil Van Buren Holdings for $1.925 million, according to state records. The four-story building, known as Ernst Place Apartments, has a total of 17,744 square feet of space, including first floor commercial space, according to city records.

Subdivision planned in Menomonee Falls
Neumann Companies plans to develop a 140-home subdivision on a 76-acre site southeast of Lilly Road and Mill Road in Menomonee Falls. The estimated market value of the combined homes and lots is between $375,000 to $475,000, according to a village staff report. Lot sizes will range from 12,501 square feet to 32,461 square feet.

AutoZone store planned in West Allis
AutoZone plans to build a 6,816-square-foot store at 3035 S. 108th St. in West Allis. The store is planned for a portion of the former HUB Chrysler site northwest of Highway 100 and Oklahoma Avenue. The project cost is estimated at $800,000. The store will have 10 to 15 employees.

Burger King planned in Muskego
A 2,740-square-foot Burger King restaurant is planned at the northeast corner of Moorland Road and Commerce Center Parkway in Muskego. It would be built on a one-acre site near the Walmart and Ace Hardware stores in Muskego.
