City issues RFP for Fond du Lac Avenue site
The city of Milwaukee has issued a request for proposals seeking developers interested and buying and redeveloping a one-acre site at 7222-7318 W. Fond du Lac Ave. on the city’s northwest side. The property has a 2,555-square-foot masonry office building, a 2,280-square-foot service garage, a 2,440-square-foot service garage and a 74-foot diameter salt dome. The city’s asking price for the property is $250,000. Responses to the RFP are due on Dec. 4.
