Real estate deal of the week

Integrated Merchandising Systems (IMS) LLC recently leased 150,000 square feet of space in the Yorkville Business Center at 3030 Sylvania Ave., Yorkville, from Ashley Capital LLC. The lease increases IMS’s operations in the Yorkville Business Center to more than 400,000 square feet. Tuck Maxon, Barry Chavin and Steve Anderson of NAI MLG Commercial represented Ashley Capital and Lee Feld of Feld Real Estate LLC represented IMS in brokering the deal. IMS is a merchandising service agency with a retail management system that provides process management to its clients. The company specializes in point-of-sale and branded merchandise as well as warehousing, customer service, fulfillment, assembly, distribution and freight management. "IMS’s expansion at Yorkville Business Center confirms the value of the property and its location," said Gary Rosecrans, vice president of Ashley Capital, which is a New York-based private real estate investment firm that specializes in high quality industrial and office properties.
