This year’s radiothon ran from May 22-23 as WKLH broadcast live from the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. The classic rock station’s Dave Luczak and Carole Caine spoke with patient families, hospital doctors, leaders and staff to key listeners in to hospital programs addressing the health needs of thousands of area youth each year.

“I am astounded by the generosity of Dave and Carole’s loyal listeners and our entire community,” said Peggy Troy, chief executive officer of Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. “Thank you to Dave and Carole and everyone at 96.5 WKLH, our courageous patient families who shared their very personal stories of hope and everyone who volunteered their time and donated money to help ensure that the kids in our community have access to the best care.”

The fundraiser is still accepting donations at www.WKLH.com.
