Joy Mikolajczak joined Kolb+Co., Brookfield, as director of human resources. Mikolajczak has more than seven years of experience in the human resources industry and most recently served as human resources manager for W.O.W. Distributing, Sussex.

Epic Creative, West Bend, hired Adam Richardson as a Web programmer; Aaron Johnson as a multimedia designer and Donna Richardson as an office manager. Epic Creative promoted Steve Bruss to general manager and Jennifer Wolfgram to accountant.

Bader Rutter & Associates, Milwaukee, promoted Jennifer Bataille-Kosfeld and Gail Wentz to senior account executive positions and hired Jeney Walter as a copywriter. Bataille-Kosfeld joined the agency in 2003 and most recently served as an account executive. Wentz has been with Bader Rutter for one year and most recently served as an account executive. Prior to joining the agency, Walter served as a copywriter for Core Creative, Milwaukee.

Zeppos & Associates, Milwaukee, promoted Erin Ruenger to assistant account executive. Ruenger most recently served as an account coordinator for the agency. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications with an emphasis in public relations and organizational communication from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.

John Johannes joined the downtown Milwaukee office of Johnson Bank, a division of Johnson Financial Group, Racine, as a commercial lender and relationship manager. Johannes holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from UW-Milwaukee.

John Baumgartner joined Baird, Milwaukee, as director of equity capital markets. Prior to joining Baird, Baumgartner worked for Piper Jaffray, Minneapolis, for eight years.

Andrew Holentunder joined Bank Mutual, Brown Deer, as vice president of bank operations. Holentunder has about 20 years of experience in systems and operations in the financial services industry.

 

Building & Construction

 

VJS Construction Services (VJS), Pewaukee, hired Crystal Taubel as data entry clerk, Elizabeth Johnson as project coordinator and Corine Feltes as assistant controller. Taubel has more than 20 years of experience. Johnson has more than six years of experience. Taubel has more than 18 years of experience in the construction industry.

David Koscielniak joined Briohn Building, Brookfield, as director of business development.  Prior to joining Briohn Building, Koscielniak worked for TDI Associates, Waukesha.

Andrew Horwich joined Berghammer Construction, Butler, as director of business development. Horwich has 13 years of experience in sales and management.

The Brookfield office of M. A. Mortenson, Minneapolis, hired Angie Helfert and Chad Pape as field engineers. Helfert holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Marquette University. Pape holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management from UW-Stout. 

Peerless Electric, Brookfield, hired David Siodlarz as a project manager and promoted Greg Cottone to project manager. Siodlarz has more than 20 years of experience in the electrical industry and has served in project management positions for the past 10 years. Cottone joined Peerless Electric in 2003 and most recently served as a field electrician. He has 16 years of project management experience.

 

Engineering

Crispell-Snyder, Lake Geneva, hired Michael Payant as a seniorproject manager and Matthew Grochowski as a landscape architect in the Germantown office; Erik Johnson as an engineering technician in the Racine office and Dawn Schiefelbein as an administrative assistant in the Lake Geneva office. Payant has more than 20 years of experience. Grochowski hold a bachelor’s degree in natural resources from UW-Madison.

 

Health Care

 

Three doctors joined the staff at Community Memorial Hospital, Menomonee Falls. Dr. Joseph Bovi specializes in radiation oncology and practices from the Medical College of Wisconsin, Wauwatosa. Dr. Melissa Chiang specializes in dermatology and practices from Advanced Healthcare, Milwaukee. Dr. Carmela Barr specializes in gynecology and practices from Physicians of OB/GYN, West Allis.

Maureen Otto joined Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, Wauwatosa, as director of outcomes. Most recently, Otto served as director of quality management for the American Dietetic Association, Chicago, and previously worked for Children’s Hospital for 15 years.

Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare (WFH), Glendale, hired Sadhna Morato-Lindvall as director of communication and public relations for Wheaton Franciscan Medical Group and Theresa Jones as director of diversity and workforce development. Prior to joining WFH, Morato-Lindvall served as program director for the American Cancer Society, Pewaukee. Jones previously worked for WFH as director of human resources for WFH- St. Francis and the former St. Michael Hospital.

Dr. Charles Cady, assistant professor of emergency medicine for the Medical College of Wisconsin, Wauwatosa, will serve as medical director of emergency medical services (EMS) for the City of Kenosha. Cady currently serves as an assistant medical director for the Milwaukee County EMS and medical director for the American Red Cross Workplace Automated External Defibrillator Program. Erin Yale Horwitz joined Children’s
Specialty Group, a  joint venture between Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin and the  Medical College of  Wisconsin, Wauwatosa, as director of clinical development. Yale Horwitz previously served as director of clinical development for the Medical College Physicians.

James Davidson joined Cambridge Major Laboratories, Germantown, as chief operating officer. Davidson has 23 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and most recently served as vice president of science technology within the pharmaceutical sciences division for Pfizer, New York.

 

Hospitality & Entertainment

Karen Kancius joined the Milwaukee Public Museum (MPM), Milwaukee, as director of corporate relations. Prior to joining MPM, Kancius served as chief development officer for the John Michael Kohler Arts Center, Sheboygan. 

Manufacturing

Bradley Corp., Menomonee Falls, hired Mike Sipek to chief operating officer and promoted Bryan Mullett to vice president of operations. Sipek has more than 30 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and most recently served as chief executive officer of Western Industries, Menomonee Falls. Mullett joined Bradley in 1997 and most recently served as director of operations for restroom fixtures.

Marketing

Sales Automation Support, New Berlin, promoted Anthony Williams to vice president of compliance. Williams as been with the company for three years and most recently served as a campaign manager. He holds a bachelor’s degree in English literature from UW-Madison.

 

Publishing

Kalmbach Publishing, Waukesha, promoted Neil Besougloff to editor of Model Railroader magazine and Carl Swanson as editor of Classic Toy Trains (CTT) magazine. Besougloff joined Kalmbach in 1997 and most recently served as editor of CTT. Swanson has been with Kalmbach for nine years and most recently served as senior editor of Trains magazine.

Professional Organizations

Wendy Melby, a project coordinator for RedPrairie, Waukesha, will serve as division president for the Wisconsin Division of the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP), Kansas City, Mo. Melby joined IAAP in 1998.   

Social Services

Jonette Arms joined the Alliance for Children and Families, Milwaukee, as Atlantic Philanthropies project director. Arms has 17 years of experience in the social services industry and most recently served as the child abuse prevention project manager for Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, Wauwatosa.
