Zeppos & Associates, Milwaukee, promoted Tiffany Wankowski from account coordinator to assistant account executive. Wankowski holds a bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in marketing and management from Edgewood College.

Tracy Scrima joined Bader Rutter & Associates, Milwaukee, as an account executive. Prior to joining Bader Rutter, Scrima served as a program manager for DCI Marketing, Milwaukee. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Hannah Jablonski joined Blue Horse, Milwaukee, as graphic designer. Jablonski holds a bachelor’s degree in fine arts with an emphasis on graphic design from UW-Milwaukee.

Architecture

Scott Raether joined Novum Structures LLC, Menomonee Falls, as director of operations. Prior to joining Novum, Raether served as director of operations for Maysteel, Menomonee Falls. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University and a master’s degree in business administration from the Keller Graduate School of Management.

Banking & Finance

Heartland Wisconsin, Milwaukee, hired Cindy Kobylski as chief accountant and Greg Liebe as a finance specialist. Prior to joining Heartland Wisconsin, Kobylski served as office manager at Lynch Truck Center, Waterford. Liebe most recently served as a sales representative for Giuffre Brothers Cranes, Milwaukee.

Cheryl Floryance joined Central States Mortgage, Wauwatosa, as a mortgage consultant. Floryance has more than 30 years of mortgage experience.

Building & Construction

Curtis Gerrits joined the Kaukauna office of Keller, Germantown, Kaukauna and Wausau, as agricultural project manager. Gerrits has more than 10 years of experience in dairy parlor and herd management and most recently served as herd manager for Lake Breeze Dairy, Calumet.

CG Schmidt, Milwaukee, hired Tom Baade as a project executive, Brian Schneider as a project engineer, Steve Binstock as a project manager and Rick Mort as an estimator. Baade, Binstock and Mort have more than 10 years of construction management experience. Schneider holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Michigan Technological University.

Education

Kim Borisch Mathews, a community volunteer, River Hills, will serve as secretary of the board of trustees for the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design. Mathews has served as a trustee since 2005 and recently chaired the auction committee for the Creative Fusion fundraising event.

Foundations

Betty Arndt, vice president of communications for Johnson Controls, Glendale, will serve as chairman of the board of directors for the Waukesha County Community Foundation, Waukesha. Rexford “Ford” Titus III, president and chief executive officer of ProHealth Care, Waukesha, will serve as vice president along with Jeffrey Wiesner of Waukesha. John Macy, a partner with Arenz Molter Macy & Riffle, Waukesha, will serve as secretary. Keith Rupple of Muskego will serve as treasurer. Peter Lettenberger of Waukesha will serve as past chairman and David Schultz, of Mukwonago, will serve as president.

Health Care

Three physicians joined Medical Associates Health Centers, Menomonee Falls. Dr. Sharon Menkveld specializes in orthopaedic surgery and will practice from the Germantown location. Dr. Melissa Earnest specializes in gastroenterology and will practice from the centers in Menomonee Falls and Waukesha. Anne-Marie Laschen, an optometrist, will practice from the centers in Waukesha and Hartford.

Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare, Glendale, promoted Coreen Dicus-Johnson to senior vice president of payer contracting and revenue operations. Dicus-Johnson has been with Wheaton Franciscan for two years. She has more than nine years of experience in the health care industry.

Hospitality & Entertainment

Country Springs Hotel and Water Park, Waukesha, promoted Nicole Slemin towater park group sales manager and hired Becky Druch as a wedding and catering associate and Meghan Dardis as a water park sales associate.

Insurance

Margaret Kealty joined Independent Care Health Plan (iCare), Milwaukee, as a marketing research and communications specialist. Kealty has more than 12 years of experience in the health insurance industry. Prior to joining iCare, Kealty served as the special events director for Metro Milwaukee Association of Commerce (MMAC), Milwaukee.

Manufacturing

Olympus Flag & Banner, Milwaukee, hired Michael Young as chief financial officer, Andrea Palumbo as a customer service representative and Scott Coulthurst as plant manager.

Mark Westphal joined Zero Zone, North Prairie, as vice president of sales and marketing. Prior to joining Zero Zone, Westphal worked for Parker Hannifin, Cleveland, Ohio.

Regal Ware, Kewaskum, hired Randy Schickert as vice president of worldwide product development and procurement, Bruce Lindl as vice president and general counsel and Eric Nimmer as director of quality assurance. Schickert has more than 20 years of general, operations and engineering management experience. Prior to joining Regal Ware, Lindl served as partner with Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek, Milwaukee. Nimmer holds a bachelor’s degree in metallurgical engineering from UW-Madison.

Precision Innovations, Germantown, promoted Joe Keller to assistant vice president of quality, Scott Holl to third shift quality technician and Kristopher Haessler to first shift quality technician. Precision hired Kevin Menna as a sales associate.

Professional Organizations

Francis Deisinger of Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren, Milwaukee, will serve as vice president of the board of directors for the Milwaukee Bar Association, Milwaukee. Patricia Hintz of Quarles & Brady, Milwaukee, will serve as secretary and treasurer.

Real Estate

Tammy Mervin joined the Milwaukee office of Knight-Barry Title Group, Racine, as manager of its national commercial division. Prior to joining Knight-Barry, Mervin worked for Chicago Title, Chicago.

Bette Alioto-Zalewski joined the corporate office of HomeSale Realty, West Allis, as a real estate agent. Alioto-Zalewski has 20 years of real estate experience.

Inland Companies, Milwaukee, hired Eric Hansch as an office broker and Joel Winkler as a construction superintendent. Prior to joining Inland, Hansch worked for M&I Marshall & Ilsley Bank, Milwaukee.

Irgens Development Partners, Wauwatosa, elected Duane Nolde, chief financial officer, and David Arnold, president of Irgens Health Care Facilities Group, to partners in the firm. Nolde joined Irgens in 1995. Arnold has been with the company since 2003.

Malissa Welke joined Mandel Group, Milwaukee, as director of condominium sales. Prior to joining Mandel Group, Welke served as sales director for Rubloff Residential Properties, Chicago.

Staffing

Elite Human Capital Group, Brookfield, promoted Kate Klode-Beatty to vice president of operations and hired Paul Kilp as vice president of sales, Alisa Bendickson as senior staffing specialist, Jennifer Ullrich as business manager and Allison Williams as marketing manager. Klode-Beatty is a founding member of Elite and will continue to serve as director of staffing. Prior to joining Elite, Kilp served as corporate account manager for Manpower Inc., Glendale.

Technology

MasterLink, Menomonee Falls, hired, Dan Piontek as account executive and Steve Barnekow as account representative. Prior to joining MasterLink, Piontek held a sales position with Ferguson Enterprises, Newport News, Va. Barnekow most recently worked for Benefit Companies, Brookfield.

Trade Shows

The Brookfield office of Tarsus Expositions & Publishing, part of the Tarsus Group, London, promoted Stephen Krogulski to chief executive officer for Tarsus U.S. operations; Don Browne to marketing director; Daniel Brindley to executive show director for The Packaging Summit; and Tasha Janowski to North American Labels product manager. Transportation

Evans Transportation Services, Waukesha, promoted Dennis Beaudry to account manager and hired Todd Bonk as operations manager. Beaudry joined Evans Transportation in 2004 and most recently served as operations manager. He has 20 years of experience in the transportation industry.
