Marketing and communications agency Jacobson Rost, Milwaukee, has added marketing and media strategist Paula Hunsche as executive media director. Hunsche joins Jacobson Rost after serving in an interim managing director, client leadership role at Mindshare.
Vollrath Associates Inc., Milwaukee, has added Casey Schaak as assistant account executive. Prior to joining Vollrath Associates, Casey worked at Johnson Controls as a corporate communications intern.

Associated Bank has promoted Tim Broerman to vice president, senior residential loan manager. He has more than 23 years of experience in the banking and mortgage industry.
Fiserv Inc, Brookfield, has appointed Carl Stern, chairman of The Boston Consulting Group Inc., to its board of directors. Stern has been shaping strategic business thinking for more than 35 years. He also serves as chairman of BCG’s, board of directors.
Marshall & Ilsley Corp., Milwaukee, has made several promotions throughout its divisions. Joe Carey has been promoted to senior vice president and Kimberly Dunn and Lynette Darling have been promoted to vice president at M&I Bank. Tim Cerny and Ryun Van Cuyk have been promoted to vice president at M&I Wealth Management.
M&I Capital Markets has promoted Roger Kamerling to vice president. Stacy Schoen has been promoted to vice president at M&I Corp and Peter Fletcher has been promoted to vice president at M&I Trust Company.

Ann Woboril has been named project coordinator for Miron Construction’s Wauwatosa office. Woboril has prior management experience and has also served as an accounting assistant.
The Potawatomi Business Development Corp., the economic diversification arm of the Forest County Potawatomi, has named Robert Schmitt, former president of Grunau Project Development, to lead its new construction management firm Greenfire Management Services LLC. He has nearly 40 years of experience in all phases of the construction process.
VJS Construction Services, Pewaukee, has added Jon Scholz as vice president of construction.
Design
The Callen Design Group, Muskego, has added Marie Vos Owens as a designer. The Callen Design Group is a division of Callen Construction, Inc., a home improvement and remodeling contractor.
Distribution
Wisconsin Lift Truck Corp., Brookfield, has added Brian Fulton as corporate sales manager in charge of contractor equipment sales. He has 16 years of industrial sales and sales training experience combined with four years of high school teaching experience. His most recent position was with Dynaco USA.
Education
Concordia University Wisconsin, Mequon, has named Marianne Fleisner the new Mequon Center director of adult education. Fleisner has had several roles at CUW over the past five years including admission counselor, adjunct faculty, and retention team member. Angela Belz has also been named the Concordia University Wisconsin Miller Park Way Center director. Belz has worked at CUW since 2004 in several departments including the business office and admissions.
Alverno College, Milwaukee, has named Celia Jackson special assistant to the senior vice president for academic affairs. Jackson will oversee the college’s International Intercultural Center as well as the internship office and multicultural department. Prior to coming to Alverno, she served as secretary of regulation and licensing for the Gov. Doyle administration.
The Institute of Industrial Engineers has named Sara Falkiewicz as one of the New Faces of Engineering for National Engineers Week. Falkiewicz is director of performance excellence for ProHealth Care Medical Associates and an adjunct lecturer in the industrial engineering program at Milwaukee School of Engineering. She graduated from MSOE in 2005 with a bachelor’s of science degree in industrial engineering.
Graphic Design
James Fritz, Adobe Influencer and an instructor at C2 Graphics Productivity Solutions in Milwaukee, has been appointed into the Adobe Community Professionals program membership for 2011. Each year Adobe performs a worldwide nomination process, and selects a group of Adobe customers to participate in its Adobe Community Professionals program. Fritz is one of only 400 professionals worldwide named into the 2011 program. He’s recognized in the graphic design industry and by Adobe for his knowledge of InDesign.

Alliant Physical Therapy Group has added Kristin Konicek as a physical therapist with an emphasis in orthopedics and sports medicine to the Hales Corners clinic. She has experience in a variety of ages and patient populations including geriatrics, sports medicine, accident or work related injury and a variety of orthopedic disorders.
Froedtert Health’s Menomonee Falls Clinic has added orthopedic surgeon Dr. Scott Hicks to its medical staff. Hicks is trained to provide the full scope of orthopedics for children and adults. He specializes in shoulder and knee arthroscopy and reconstruction surgery, sports medicine and fracture care.
Sharron Coffie, inpatient nurse at Froedtert Hospital, has been selected by the board of directors of the National Association of Clinical Nurse Specialists to receive the Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) Preceptor of the Year award. The CNS Preceptor of the Year Award nationally recognizes an NACNS member for outstanding professional achievement. To earn the award, Coffie demonstrated a commitment to teach, coach and mentor CNS students to achieve competencies in the nurse, patient and organizational spheres according to NACNS guidelines.
Milwaukee-based Extendicare Health Services Inc. recently hired Veronica Roberson as a collections supervisor, Jill Fisher as a paralegal, Trish Louwagie as a program consultant and Donna Elliott as a regional accountant. Darrell Frank recently joined Virtual Care Provider Inc., a subsidiary of Extendicare Health Services Inc., as a network, telecom and security engineering manager.

Menomonee Falls-based Bradley Corp. promoted Diane Rudy from director of human resources to vice president of human resources. Rudy has more than 20 years of human resources experience in the manufacturing industry.

CBS TV Channel 58 Milwaukee has added meteorologist Lance Hill to its First Alert Weather team. He has 11 years of experience forecasting weather in southeastern Wisconsin. Hill is a certified broadcast meteorologist and a member of the American Meteorological Society. He has been on the local ABC and NBC Milwaukee stations since 1999.
Nonprofit
Stillwaters Cancer Support Services, Waukesha, has added Larry Uglow to its counseling team. He has more than 20 years of experience counseling children, families and adults. He previously served as a school counselor for students in kindergarten through grade 12, but also has experience as a bereavement counselor and a psychotherapist.
LindenGrove, a non-profit provider of health care in Waukesha County for long-term care residents and short-term, post-acute rehabilitation patients, has hired Linda Wickstrom as marketing & foundation manager.
