Zizzo Group, of Milwaukee, has expanded its team with Jason Lauritch, a senior web developer, and Josh Paynter, a senior designer. Lauritch has close to 20 years of industry experience. In his new role, he will focus on helping the agency use interactive technology and work with clients in need of software development. Paynter is well versed in branding, packaging, web and digital work, and point-of-sale. At Zizzo Group, he will fill creative service needs for clients.

Milwaukee-based Hanson Dodge Creative has named Mike Reynolds Sitecore practice lead. Reynolds has eight years of Sitecore architecture experience and is a recognized Sitecore Technology MVP. Sitecore is a customer experience management software. In his role at Hanson Dodge Creative, Reynolds will guide all Sitecore development.

■    Architecture
Sheboygan-based Bray Architects has expanded its team with Elizabeth Dresang, interior designer; Eric Ohlfs, project team leader; and Alison Nolan, marketing coordinator.

■    Banking & Finance
Summit Credit Union has named two area managers at its West Milwaukee and VA branch locations. Lindsay Pelletier will serve as manager of the branch at 2159 Miller Park Way in West Milwaukee. She has 11 years of financial industry experience, previously working at U.S. Bank and Wells Fargo as a teller and in leadership roles. Pelletier joined Summit as an assistant branch manager last year. Ben Rogers will serve as manager of the branch at 5000 W. National Ave. in Milwaukee. He brings both military and financial leadership experience to his role at the VA branch. Rogers most recently served as a military relationship specialist and branch manager at U.S. Bank in Milwaukee and previously served as branch manager at Blackhawk Community Credit Union in Janesville. He served as a non-commissioned officer in an infantry company in the U.S. Army and is a two-time Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran.

First Business Financial Services Inc. has welcomed Alicia Buttchen as a treasury management officer at First Business Bank-Milwaukee. Buttchen has more than 14 years of experience in financial services and has spent much of her career addressing the financial needs of local businesses and nonprofits.

Lakes Business Group, Inc., located in Waukesha, recently promoted Joe Braier to managing director. Braier has been a shareholder for more than two years.

■    Building & Construction
 Pewaukee-based VJS Construction Services has hired Brian Griebl as an architectural designer. Griebl previously served as a CAD technician and designer for an architecture firm in Mequon. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a degree in architecture and a certificate in urban planning. The firm also recently added Jennifer Stensby as a staff accountant. Prior to taking on her new position, Stensby worked in construction auditing.

■    Education
The Medical College of Wisconsin has named Wesley Benbow chief operating officer and senior vice president for finance and administration. His position is effective June 1. Benbow will serve as the principal administrative officer of MCW and a member of the institution’s senior leadership team. He will be responsible for MCW’s financial functions as well as the planning, organizing, evaluating and monitoring of all administrative and facilities functions. Benbow currently is an independent consultant in Westwood, Mass., where he partners with research-intensive medical schools and other academic medical centers in the evaluation of their operating models. From 2010 to 2014, Benbow served in several leadership roles at Harvard Medical School. In addition to his work at Harvard Medical School, Benbow has more than 17 years of experience focused largely on the provider side of health care. Additionally, Dr. Joseph Kerschner, dean and executive vice president of MCW, has been named chair-elect of the American Association of Medical Colleges’ Council of Deans.

■    Engineering
 Ruekert & Mielke Inc., based in Waukesha, has promoted Stanley Sugden to president. Sugden has worked for the firm for the past 29 years and has devoted much of his career to municipal projects throughout southeastern Wisconsin. He also serves as city engineer for the City of Oconomowoc. Additionally, Ruekert & Mielke has named Steven Wurster senior vice president and chief operating officer. Wurster has worked for Ruekert & Mielke since 1999 and is well versed in storm water management.

■    Environmental
Franklin Energy Services LLC, of Port Washington, has promoted Tina Semotan to senior vice president. Semotan previously served as vice president of human resources and risk. Semotan has worked for Franklin Energy Services since September 2010. She has more than 22 years of industry experience. In her elevated role, her new responsibilities will include heading information technology and corporate communications for the company.

■    Health Care
 GE Healthcare has promoted Laura O’Donnell to general counsel. O’Donnell, who works out of Waukesha, will head a global legal team of commercial, product and privacy attorneys for GE Healthcare. She has worked for the company since 2009 and has more than 19 years of legal and compliance experience. GE Healthcare also recently promoted Tim Casey to associate general counsel, Global Services. Casey, who works out of Milwaukee, will oversee the U.S.-based Global Services legal team. He joined GE Healthcare in 2010 and previously focused on Detection & Guidance Solutions.

The Business Health Care Group, of Franklin, has appointed Geoffrey Schick executive director. Schick has 20 years of experience in health care. Prior to joining the Business Health Care Group, he was the associate director of research network operations for Catholic Health Initiative’s Institute for Research and Innovation in Houston, Texas. He also previously headed health care and clinical research programs at Vanguard Health Systems in Detroit, and at Aurora Health Care in Milwaukee.

■    Insurance
Lockton’s Milwaukee employee benefits operation has added Chad Winters as a producer. Winters previously served as an employee benefits consultant at Infinity Benefit Solutions. In his new role, he will advise Lockton’s clients on their employee benefit and insurance programs, work to enhance current client relationships, and work to recruit new clients.

■    Legal Services
Godfrey & Kahn S.C. has added Edward Witte as a shareholder in its Milwaukee office. Witte is part of the firm’s Environment & Energy Strategies Practice Group. Witte represents publicly- and privately-held clients in the service and manufacturing industries. He also represents governmental entities in a variety of environmental issues in Wisconsin as well as across the country and world.

■    Manufacturing
 Steele Solutions Inc., of Franklin, has promoted Mike Thelen from company president to chief executive officer and chairman of the board. The company has also promoted Kevin O’Neill to president. Thelen helped establish Steele Solutions in 1996, and O’Neill, who is a co-owner, has been with the company since 1997, when he was hired as vice president of sales and marketing. Garland Bridgewater is now vice president of sales and marketing and Terry Young will remain vice president of engineering.

■    Nonprofit
The Arthritis Foundation has named Greg Butler, partner at Wipfli LLP, corporate chair of the 2015 Walk to Cure Arthritis – Milwaukee. In his role as chair, Butler will help drive fundraising and spread awareness of the Walk to Cure Arthritis.

Curative Care Network has welcomed Bruce Twomey to its board of directors. Twomey owns Twomey InfoTech Consulting LLC, and has more than 35 years of experience in information technology.

United Performing Arts Fund has added Danielle Bly and Alex Kramer to its board of directors as ex-officio members. Bly and Kramer co-chair the Member Group Advisory Council, which is comprised of representatives from UPAF’s 15 member groups. Bly serves as manager of residential customer care centers at We Energies, and Kramer serves as the market leader for The Private Client Reserve at U.S. Bank.

■    Professional Organizations
MRA-The Management Association, located in Waukesha, has added Tia Wilson as an RBI specialist, Tom Rogers as a recruiting manager, Mike Kopczynski as a senior survey analyst, Cristi Wisniewski as an HR manager and partner, Nick Carr as an RBI specialist and Emma Steincross as an RBI specialist.

■    Senior Living Communities
Newcastle Place, located in Mequon, has named Donna Yellen community outreach director. Yellen has more than 15 years of experience in marketing and social work in senior living. She is a certified State of Wisconsin social worker. In her new position, she will head community outreach initiatives for Newcastle Place, with attention to management of assisted living, memory care and health center move-ins. She will also direct marketing and sales for prospective residents.

■    Technology
The Wisconsin Technology Council has named several new members to its board of directors, including Charles McGinnis of Glendale-based Johnson Controls Inc. Recently re-elected members include Sujeet Chand of Milwaukee-based Rockwell Automation Inc.

Swick Technologies LLC, of New Berlin, has hired Rick Petre as account executive, a role in which he will focus on account management and new business development.
