Milwaukee-based Trefoil Group, formerly Scheibel Halaska, has promoted Vince Halaska to digital marketing manager. Halaska is now responsible for managing digital marketing programs across the agency.

Jacobson Rost has hired Aimee Westerbeke and Kelley Prom as account coordinators in the firm’s Milwaukee office. Prom joins the agency from BVK, where she worked on marketing and public relations campaigns for several of the agency’s travel clients. Westerbeke will help manage campaigns supporting MillerCoors alcohol responsibility initiative, Great Beer Great Responsibility, as well as assist with marketing communications activities for Stein’s Gardens & Gifts.

Pewaukee-based Staples Marketing has named Griff Madigan, a senior account executive – new business, and has also announced the promotion of Laura Monagle to vice president of client services and public relations. Monagle will continue to serve Staples Marketing’s PR and integrated clients while taking on a more prominent leadership role in day-to-day agency operations and implementing and guiding improvements to Staples Marketing’s client service philosophy.

Image Makers Advertising, Waukesha, has promoted Claire Kelly to the position of creative director. She was previously a senior copywriter with the full-service advertising agency. Claire has been with Image Makers since September 2005.

Bank Mutual has named Amy Schwengels as its new marketing product manager for the Bank’s retail products. Schwengels will work at Bank Mutual’s corporate headquarters in Brown Deer.

Fiserv Inc., Brookfield, has named Dennis Lynch to its board of directors. Lynch has been a major contributor to the U.S. payments industry for over 30 years. He is currently the chairman of the board at Cardtronics Inc. and director, and former chairman, of the Secure Remote Payments Council, a cross-industry organization dedicated to accelerating the growth, development, and market adoption of more secure ecommerce and mobile payments.

Matt Quasius has been named president of Sheboygan-based Quasius Construction following the retirement of his father Dave Quasius. Business partner, Steve Woods will serve as executive vice president – construction operations. Matt will lead the company’s sales and marketing efforts and oversee company operations to ensure management of safety, production, quality and service.

Mortenson Construction’s Brookfield office added Scott Simpson as a field engineer.

Marquette University has promoted Octavio “Cas” Castro to vice president of human resources from assistant vice president and director of human resources.

Concordia University Wisconsin, Mequon, has named Sarah Holtan the new dean of students. Holtan has been teaching full-time at CUW for the past six years as an assistant professor of communication. Prior to teaching, she was a news producer at WISN-TV Channel 12 in Milwaukee.

Elkhorn-based Balestrieri Group has named Angela Gasiamis a project coordinator and Emily Gefvert an account licensing coordinator.

Beth Liebhardt has been named director of the emergency department and trauma center for Froedtert and The Medical College of Wisconsin in Wauwatosa. Liebhardt has more than eight years of leadership experience and served most recently as an emergency department nurse manager at Froedtert and The Medical College.

Froedtert Health Medical Group has added psychiatrist Dr. Christopher Christian to its medical staff. Christian is trained to provide the full scope of psychiatry care for adults and specializes in mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, and electroconvulsive therapy. He will see patients at Froedtert Health Menomonee Falls Behavioral Health Clinic.

Vestica Healthcare, Mequon, has hired Carol Burris as a member customer care representative.

Joseph Miotke, patent litigator at the law firm of DeWitt Ross & Stevens S.C. in Milwaukee, has been appointed president elect of the Wisconsin Intellectual Property Law Association. Miotke currently serves on the board of directors as its secretary and treasurer. He has more than ten years of experience in the field of intellectual property law.

The law firm of Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. has added attorney Daniel Geraghty to its corporate practice group. He will serve as leader of the firm’s federal tax controversy and litigation team. Geraghty focuses his practice on complex federal, international and state tax issues in both planning and controversy matters.

Wisconsin Lift Truck Corp., Brookfield, has named Kristin Carey as marketing manager. Carey has nearly 10 years of service with Wisconsin Lift Truck Corp.

The Milwaukee/NARI Foundation Inc., the educational and charitable arm of the Milwaukee/NARI Home Improvement Council Inc., announced the re-election of the following officers for fiscal 2012: Greg Adamec, Milwaukee Millwork; Tom Callen, Callen Construction; Brian Dombrowicki, Ferguson Enterprises Inc., Mike Reuteman, Harris Bank. In addition, David Feldner, executive director of Milwaukee NARI was elected to fill the open board position.

The American Red Cross has named Bill Simmons, disaster action team program coordinator in its Tri-County office located in Racine.

Don Zien has joined the Milwaukee office of Colliers International as senior vice president of the brokerage division. Brody Wachter, property manager; Maggie Brueggen, associate broker for the industrial brokers division; Palina Auchynnikava, property accountant; Jenna Duesler, associate broker, Alex Brackman, property manager; and Brian Schroeder, property manager; have also joined the Milwaukee office of Colliers International.

The Milwaukee office of Opus Development Corp. has promoted Lauren Silletti to marketing services coordinator. Silletti joined Opus in 2006 as a project coordinator, and has since assisted on several notable projects, including the Shoppes at Fox River retail development in Waukesha, the 400,000-square-foot Northwestern Mutual Phase II office building in Franklin, and the Marquette University Eckstein Hall Law School in Milwaukee.

Milwaukee-based Saz’s Catering has expanded its catering sales team to include Stephanie Tweit, wedding and events manager and Leah Delaney, corporate and events manager. In addition, Saz’s Catering has named Keath Stuck its new executive chef.

New Berlin-based Buy Seasons Inc., has named Tom Depaoli, senior acquisition manager; Katherine Hurley, brand manager; Johnny Kidd, business data analyst; Ken Mowry, general manager of retail; and Nishiya Sivaruban, senior manager of supply chain. In addition, Karen Van Ert has been named director of brand strategy after previously serving as director of marketing for the company, and Kristen Grace has been named brand manager after previously serving as an affiliate marketing manager.

Erin Alberte has joined Talent Network Group, Brookfield, as an executive recruiter. She has ten years of previous recruiting experience.

Superior Support Resources, Brookfield, has added five new people to its staff. They are: Ty Gonzalez, web applications developer; Will Kerr, network engineer, Stephen Main, web application developer; Isaiah Wekesa, technical support; and Michelle Zancanaro, web application developer.

Milwaukee-based Video Guidance, provider of video conferencing, telepresence and audio visual technologies and services, has hired Robin Moore as senior account manager in the company’s Milwaukee office. Moore has 25 years of experience in technology, video and telecommunications.
