PDS to move headquarters to Brookfield

Organizations:

Paragon Development Systems (PDS), a provider of IT products, services and technologies, announced it will move its corporate headquarters from Oconomowoc to expanded space in Brookfield.

PDS will consolidate its Oconomowoc and Brookfield offices into larger space in the Bishops Woods Office Park location in Brookfield this summer.

“This consolidation will create improved synergies, internal communications, an enhanced collaborative culture and opportunities for growth,” said PDS president and chief executive officer Asif Naseem. “One of the key elements of our strategy is attracting and retaining top talent. To position PDS for growth and further enhance our ability to recruit from a larger talent pool, we are concentrating our operations closer to the Milwaukee market.”

PDS will have increased access to its clients and partners, and will be closer to airports, hotels, restaurants and facilities, etc. – all attractive amenities for customers, partners and new talent.

“The expansion in Brookfield allows us to put more of our resources in closer proximity to our clients in the Milwaukee area,” said John Miller, PDS regional vice president-Wisconsin. “PDS has long served this market with a strong customer base within healthcare, education, government and commercial sectors, and relocating our headquarters to the area fosters greater collaboration and an improved experience for our clients.”

PDS will expand its office space in the Bishops Woods Office Park and will invest in renovating the new and existing office spaces to reflect its technology innovation strategy by creating more comfortable and attractive collaborative space. The Oconomowoc office will close, and most employees will move to Brookfield in mid-summer. Other employees will be relocated to Brookfield in the fall.
