An Arizona-based opioid addiction treatment center operator plans to open another Milwaukee-area location on the city’s near south side.

Community Medical Services is seeking to open a new outpatient center in the Mitchell Park Shopping Center, at the corner of South Layton Boulevard and West National Avenue, according to plans submitted to the city’s Board of Zoning Appeals.

It plans to occupy a one-story, 8,274-square-foot space within the shopping center at 823 S. Layton Blvd., which also includes Cricket Wireless and Family Dollar.
