Racine Metal-Fab built a new 75,000-square-foot facility to accommodate growth and improve efficiency. In the past few years, the company has doubled its sales and added more than 25 employees to its workforce.

Since returning to the family business in 2000, Nichols has implemented programs to improve quality, increase efficiency, maintain costs and boost employee morale, according to the RAMAC.
RAMAC is an independent non-profit organization representing members of small and large industrial, professional, service and retail business and community organizations in the greater Racine area.
