Kenosha-based Riley Construction was selected by Zilber Property Group to build a 91,734-square-foot speculative industrial building in the Town Corporate Park of New Berlin off of Beloit Road. The building was designed by Zimmerman Architectural Studios Inc.

Wisconsin Ave., Milwaukee; and a 1,350-square-foot tenant improvement project for Snyder’s of Hanover at 4470 N. 132nd St., Butler. The firm recently completed: a 5,664-square-foot tenant improvement project for FDIC at 175 N. Corporate Dr., Brookfield; and a 2,248-square-foot tenant improvement project for Envoy at 19275 W. Capitol Dr., Brookfield.
Brookfield-based Briohn Building Corp. recently completed the design and construction of a 6,360-square-foot addition for Oak Creek Car Rental at 561 W. College Ave., Oak Creek.
