New construction

Milwaukee-based Inland Construction has recently been awarded the renovation project for the River Shores redevelopment in West Bend.  The project consists of two buildings.  Building one, located on 611 Veterans Ave., is a 135,000 square foot multi-family/retail building with an estimated completion date in spring of 2014.  Building two, located on 655 Village Green Way, is a 100,000 square foot multi-family building. Inland Construction has also been awarded: the 5,664-square-foot tenant improvement project for FDIC located at 175 N. Corporate Dr. in Brookfield; the 5,000-square-foot tenant improvement project for Professional Management of Milwaukee located at 15460 W. Capitol Dr., Brookfield; the 2,680-square-foot tenant improvement project for Prometric Testing Center located at 19435 W. Capitol Dr., Brookfield; the 2,248-square-foot tenant improvement project for Envoy located at 19275 W. Capitol Dr., Brookfield. Inland Construction recently completed: the 19,700-square-foot tenant improvement project for Lennox Industries at 3930 W. Burnham St., Milwaukee; the 6,086-square-foot tenant improvement project for Arbon Equipment at 9071 N. Deerbrook Trail, Milwaukee; the 4,142-square-foot tenant improvement project for Aflac at 300 N. Corporate Dr., Brookfield; and the 3,000-square-foot tenant improvement project for Payless Shoe Source located at 5800 N. Bayshore Dr., Glendale.
