Brookfield-based Briohn Building Corp. recently completed design and construction work for a 22,600-square-foot tenant improvement for Maximus in the former Eaton building at 4201 N. 27th St., Milwaukee. Briohn has also been contracted for construction of a 7,500-square-foot medical clinic for Concentra at 5500 W. Brown Deer Road, Milwaukee.

Wauwatosa-based Selzer-Ornst Construction Company is building the Waukesha County Technical College commercial drivers license training facility on the college’s campus in Pewaukee. Selzer-Ornst is also doing construction work for a renovation of the city of Wauwatosa health department offices.

Waukesha-based The Redmond Company recently completed an exterior façade renovation project for Trig’s Smokehouse and Distribution Center in Rhinelander.
