A groundbreaking ceremony will be held today for a new Brennan’s Market store that will be built at 1670 Old School House Road in Oconomowoc. The site for the 26,125-square-foot store is adjacent to the Pabst Farms Market Place, and will be part of a larger retail development. MSI General Corp. is the general contractor for the project, which is expected to be completed in August.
New Berlin-based Anderson-Ashton Inc. was awarded a contract by Imprex Inc. for design and construction services for remodeling the 34,000-square-foot former Evans Mattress building at 3350 S. 108th St., Greenfield.
Waukesha-based Gerald Nell Inc. was selected by Berco of America Inc. to renovate their corporate offices at W229 N1420 Westwood Dr., Waukesha.
