Waukesha-based Campbell Construction JD Inc. was recently selected to build the new downtown Milwaukee satellite campus for Cardinal Strich University in the former Pabst brewery complex. Cardinal Stritch will occupy about 21,500 square feet of space in one of a former brewery building owned by Bando Chmura Properties. In addition, Campbell Construction was selected by Fifth Third Bank to build their new offices in a 5,795-square-foot space in the Honey Creek office complex.

Brookfield-based Briohn Building Corp. was selected to do interior remodeling work for the Pick ‘n Save grocery store at 5700 W. Capitol Dr., Milwaukee. Briohn has also been contracted to design and build a tenant build-out for Easter Seals in the Brookfield Marketplace at 14960 W. Greenfield Ave., Suite 200, Brookfield. In addition, Briohn recently completed the design and construction of an office expansion for Hellman Worldwide at 440 Bell Ct., Suite 200, in Oak Creek.
