Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months? Continuing to expand services at our new Bayshore location as well as promote our new online reservations system and Neroli Rewards Program.

Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? And what traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them? Horst Rechelbacher, Aveda; Jack Welch, GE. Both men successfully grow their business over the decades by seeing the trends set by consumers or the economy and able to shift and plan accordingly by their amazing vision.

What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months? Business conditions are fantastic. We make people feel good and look great. As the competition in southeastern Wisconsin is strong, the 160 team members of Neroli Salon & Spa are dedicated in continuous training in technical skills. We strive in our quality of service to meet and exceed expectations of our guests.
