New Berlin-based Nassco Inc. has acquired Wausau-based CTL Company Inc.
CTL, or “Call The Leader” distributes janitorial supplies and KEY-BAK retractable key and badge holders. It also designs commercial kitchens. CTL serves northern and central Wisconsin.
Nassco distributes janitorial and packaging supplies throughout Wisconsin and in Northern Illinois. It also provides service and repair for janitorial equipment, laundry and ware wash systems and packaging equipment.
“CTL is a perfect fit to the Nassco family business as we both promote excellence in service and expertise in our markets,” said Mark Melzer, president of Nassco. “CTL has an exceptional reputation in Wisconsin and we welcome the CTL team to Nassco.”
Nassco, which also has a Madison facility, will integrate CTL as a subsidiary. It will continue operations at its current location in Wausau.
The total employee count will not change. CTL has 30 employees and Nassco has about 120.
The companies did not disclose the purchase price.
