A northwest suburban aluminum bakeware manufacturer paid $16.5 million for a vacant building in Naperville, where the company plans to expand its workforce by as much as 50 percent, to 1,100 or more employees.
Handi-Foil Corp. paid $41 a square foot for the 400,100-square-foot building at 2275 W. Diehl Road, where the maker of carryout containers and roasting pans plans to add 250 to 380 jobs.
