Milwaukee Mayor TOM BARRETT this week had a third surgery on the right hand that was injured last summer during an assault near State Fair Park. His city office said the tenolysis surgery was done to provide more flexibility in his fingers and declared it a success. Gov. JIM DOYLE has appointed Brookfield attorney KATHLEEN STILLING to the Waukesha County Circuit Court, replacing Judge PAUL REILLY following his election to the Court of Appeals. See the press release: http://wispolitics.com/index.Iml?Article=202582.
