MSOE Parking Structure

Learn more about:

The Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) will hold a groundbreaking ceremony on Friday, May 4, to celebrate the start of construction of a 780-space parking structure, which will have an athletic field on the top.

The $30 million structure will be built northwest of Broadway and Knapp Street, just north of MSOE’s Kern Center, in the Park East corridor in downtown Milwaukee. The athletic field will be used for collegiate soccer and lacrosse and youth sports. Of the 780 parking spaces in the structure, 500 may to be leased to business and the public. The structure will also have a small space for a restaurant or café in the lower level of the structure adjacent to a small, ground-level park along Water Street.
