Madison-based Sara Investment Real Estate recently purchased the 47,250-square-foot industrial building at 8512 W. Bradley Road, Milwaukee, from Nicolet Real Estate for $1 million.
The building is occupied by Converted Products Inc., and is adjacent to Converted Products’ main office at 8501 W. Tower Ave., which is also owned by Sara Investment Real Estate.
NAI MLG Commercial represented the seller in brokering the deal.
