On Monday, Miller released a statement saying the restaurant would focus on modern seafood preparations and seasonally utilizing products from the Great Lakes region and beyond.

The restaurant will include an oyster bar serving multiple varieties of fresh oysters and shellfish daily when it opens in early summer.

“The mission of the restaurant is to create an unparalleled seafood experience for Milwaukee
patrons,” Miller said in a statement.
