McGladrey hires ManpowerGroup executive

McGladrey LLP, a Chicago-based provider of assurance, tax and consulting services focused on the middle market, has named John LeBlanc as national leader of business performance improvement and merger integration, based in the firm’s Milwaukee office.

In his new role, LeBlanc will lead McGladrey’s effort to help clients rethink their business models and go-to-market strategies, and streamline and integrate their operations, enhancing their resiliency and ability to meet tomorrow’s business challenges.

“John brings more than 30 years of valuable business consulting experience to McGladrey,” said Scott Peltz, national leader of financial advisory services at McGladrey. “That experience, combined with McGladrey’s full suite of capabilities, experienced industry teams and deep understanding of issues and challenges facing the middle market, will expand our ability to deliver new and evolving processes and technologies clients need to improve their financial and business operations.”

LeBlanc began his career with Arthur Andersen in Chicago and Milwaukee. Most recently, he worked for ManpowerGroup as vice president, global practices leader, for its professional services business.
