According to Vincent Lyles, president and chief executive officer of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee, McGinnity has made a monumental impact on the clubs’ commitment to the community.
She has spent hundreds of volunteer hours providing leadership for the organization and has also conducted several personal outreach efforts that include small office and home gatherings.
In addition to her time, McGinnity has raised thousands of dollars for the Boys & Girls Clubs, and has also introduced countless new donors to the organization through her extensive professional contacts.
