What does your daily or weekly fitness regimen consist of?
Eating healthy alternatives, trying to exercise when possible. Volleyball and playing with my children are my favorite activities

I do not belong to a club.
Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life?
I have more energy. I am able to talk about healthy lifestyle choice to customers as they try to contain health care costs.
How does personal fitness affect your work life?
I think you perform better when you have more energy and feel good about yourself.

Yes

We have worked with Froedert/Community Memorial Hospital for our health risk assessments.
How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization?
We are all trying to take better care of ourselves so that we can be healthier and more productive.
What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative?
Research the free resources that are available to help people be healthier. They say that the most effective programs are ones that have top level support, so it is very important for the employees to see you participating and changing your behavior. Lead by example!!!
