Michael Harris, CPA, has been named chief financial officer of Manitowoc-based Orion Energy Systems Inc. Scott Jensen, Orion’s former CFO, has been appointed chief accounting officer and will continue to serve as a member of the management team.

Harris was previously vice president of investor relations at Orion. Before his work at Orion, he was the owner of a private accounting and financial analysis firm. Harris is a licensed certified public accountant and studied under the CFA program.

Jensen served as CFO of Orion since July 2008. From 2004 to 2008, Jensen served as Orion’s controller and vice president of corporate finance and director of finance.

Dutchland Plastics, an Oostburg-based rotational and blow molder, has made several organizational changes. Carl Claerbout has assumed the title of chief executive officer and owner, while Daven Claerbout has become executive vice president of sales and owner.

Jeff Van Straten has been named president of the company.

Michael DeHaai is now vice president of operations. Eric Brill has been named director of sales. Lindee Claerbout has become director of marketing and customer relations.

William Claerbout is now the company’s assistant rotational molding production supervisor. Brian Willoughby is assembly business unit leader, and Mark DeAmico is blow molding business unit leader.
