What does your daily or weekly fitness regimen consist of?

  • Winter months—run 3-4 days, spin 2 days and pilates 1 day.
  • Summer months run 3-4 days, bike 2 days and swim 1 day

What fitness clubs do you belong to, if any?


Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life?

Being fit has always been a part of my life. Working out gives me the opportunity to think (without distractions) if I want to, or it allows me the opportunity to shut everything out for a few hours a day. 

How does personal fitness affect your work life?

Gives me energy both physically and mentally.
