• Hevi-Haul International Ltd. recently extended its leased of the 12,100-square-foot industrial facility at N90 W14555 Commerce Dr., Menomonee Falls.
• Waukesha Tool & Stamping leased the 42,900-square-foot industrial facility at 2076 First Ave., Grafton, from Grafton Investments LLC. Waukesha Tool & Stamping, which just completed the acquisition of Parkview Metal Products, plans on relocating the newly acquired company to this building.

• Wisconsin Compressed Air Corp. leased 12,800 square feet of industrial space at the Lafayette Business Center, 12855 W. Silver Spring Dr., Butler, from Lafayette Building LLC. Wisconsin Compressed Air Corp., which also has locations in Madison and Green Bay will move from its existing facility in the City of Milwaukee and expand into the Butler space.
