• National Bath Systems, d.b.a. Bath Fitter, leased 8,000 square feet of space at 3450 N. 127th St., Brookfield. Bath Fitter, a manufacturer of acrylic bathtub liners, tub surrounds, shower stall liners and shower stall replacements, will relocate and expand from its current location at W223 N777 Saratoga Dr., Waukesha, Wis. to the new space.

• Durham School Services L.P. leased 30,631 square feet of space at 6001 N. 91st St., Milwaukee. The property previously housed General Lumber & Supply Co., which went out of business after 50 years. Warrenville, Ill.-based Durham School Services is one of the nation’s larger providers of student transportation services. It will use the site as a base for its Milwaukee operations. The company was recently awarded a new contract from Milwaukee Public Schools.

• Appliance Parts Inc., d.b.a. Johnstone Supply, leased 14,964 square feet of space at 6758 S. 13th St., Oak Creek.
