“We’re committed to the Mukwonago business community, and, by moving only a third of a mile east of our present location, we will experience a very smooth transition for our employees, customers, suppliers and independent sales representatives,” said Brian Kaminski, L’BRI co-founder and vice president. “This expansion will play a major factor in helping us handle our company’s double-digit growth of recent years.”

Gearbox Express, which rebuilds gearboxes for wind turbines, plans to move to a new 75,000-square-foot industrial building that Sara Investment Real Estate is building southwest of Highway 83 and East Wolf Run in Mukwonago. That project is expected to be complete in January of 2016.

In 2012, Gearbox moved to the 909 Perkins Drive building from Hartland, and has grown so much since then that it now needs more space.
