Kmart store in Waukesha to close

Organizations:

Hoffman Estates, Ill.-based Sears Holdings Corp. informed the state Department of Workforce Development Tuesday that it plans to close the Kmart store at 120 E. Sunset Dr. in Waukesha. The closure of the store will eliminate 57 jobs. The store is scheduled to close on Jan. 8, 2012. The employees will be terminated during a 14-day period, beginning on Jan. 1.
