What does your daily or weekly fitness regimen consist of?

I run, lift weights and do Turbo Kick and cardio dance classes 5 – 7 days per week.

What fitness clubs do you belong to, if any?

YMCA at Pabst Farms, Westwood Health & Fitness

Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life?

Being physically fit has helped me be the best I can be at home and work. It helps me get through the busiest of days and feel good physically and mentally.

How does personal fitness affect your work life?

I feel ready to go to take on the day. It keeps me energized and positive!

What health/wellness organizations do you contract with, if any?


How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization?

People that are fit feel good physically, and have a  positive outlook on life. That energy is contagious and our goal is to reach everyone with that feeling.

What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative?

Be patient and give yourself and your employees time to grow with the fitness plan. The benefits don’t come overnight, but with individual and corporate support, you’ll see and feel the benefits, so much so, that’ll you’ll look forward to your next work out.
