*Friday, Aug. 15, Newaukee will bring Milwaukee Hot Club and DJ Kaos to the stage during its 2014 season of the Koss Lunar Series at the Milwaukee Athletic Club Rooftop. The weekly music series, which Newaukee presents in partnership with the Koss Corporation, features live music, a DJ, food and beverage service. The series, free for Newaukee members, runs every Friday evening from 6 p.m. to midnight through Sept. 5. Attendees should plan to dress in business casual attire. *Friday, Aug. 15, the Milwaukee Art Museum will host its only MAM After Dark social, presented by Northwestern Mutual Foundation. The August event is themed “Postcard Summer” in line with the museum’s “Postcards from America: Milwaukee” exhibit. The event, scheduled to run at the museum from 6 p.m. to midnight, will feature craft cocktails and snacks, live indie rock music, a photo booth, docent-led tours of exhibits and more.
