Jampedro is new president of GSF Mortgage

Brookfield-based GSF Mortgage has named Chad Jampedro as its new president.

“This is a well-deserved promotion for Chad,” said retiring president Phil Siebert. “He has learned every aspect of our business from the ground up-all of his experiences will serve him well going forward.”

Jampedro began his career with GSF in June 2001, when he was first hired as a loan originator in GSF’s Illinois branch. Throughout the years, Jampedro has held several positions within GSF, earned his real estate broker’s license, served as president of the Wisconsin Mortgage Professional Association and received his Certified Mortgage Planning Certification along the way.

He most recently served as the company’s chief operations officer.

Today, GSF Mortgage is a thriving direct mortgage lender with a growing market share, due in part to Jampedro’s planning, creativity and effective executive leadership, said owner Jim Guzanick.

“Chad capitalizes on the opportunities presented to him and pushes our company forward in times of abundance and scarcity,” Guzanick said. “He has faced the worst financial crisis of the generation and has brought the company through it stronger than before. He has designed a client focused origination strategy that secures GSF in the marketplace for years to come.”

“I have been very fortunate to have owners and mentors like Jim and Phil. They have taught me the fundamentals of success in this business. I’m so very pleased to be a part of the ‘Go GSF’ team and will continue to give my highest possible effort to serve our clients employees and partners,” Jampedro said.
