What has fueled your company’s growth?

With health care costs continually on the rise, we have maximized our ability to customize our services. The combination of our strong customer service team, strategic partnerships and valuable relationships has given us a competitive edge.

What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?

The overall downturn in the economy has resulted in a shrinking workforce for our clients.

Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months?

We are continuously expanding and building upon our products and services to accommodate the changing market and growing needs of our clients. In addition, we will be making strides to expand our sales and marketing efforts to continue growth on a national level.

Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? And what traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them?

We work with many people that truly understand the importance of employees in the success of their business. These people, the dedication to their employees and their strong communication skills is something we strongly admire.

What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months?

We are very optimistic about the continued growth and success of our company. There are many exciting things going on in the world of wellness such as health care reform bills. However, with the content and outcome of these initiatives unknown, coupled with the economic downturn, it is difficult to predict.

What is your company’s key strategy for rising out of the recession?

Our commitment to our customers and our innovative employees has been key to our success. We will continue tapping into the strengths of our employees as we develop programs to meet our customer’s needs that effectively improve the fiscal health of their companies.
