Muskego-based Inpro Corp. has acquired Buffalo, N.Y.-based Fireline 520 LLC, one of the nation’s premier designers and manufacturers of fire barriers for expansion joints.
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Fireline 520, which will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Inpro, will maintain its staff and production operations in Buffalo.
Fireline 520 holds several patents incorporating vapor and water barrier systems to reduce a building’s exposure to the elements.
