Instead of scheduling appointments, delaying care and driving to an after-hours clinic, patients in Wisconsin and Michigan can video conference with a local U.S. board-certified emergency medicine physician.

“CAREnQ bridges technology and medical expertise to increase access to high quality, affordable health care for patients at their convenience,” said Dr. Manish Acharya, CAREnQ’s president and chief operating officer. “The sooner patients receive treatment, the sooner they can begin to heal. CAREnQ alleviates stress waiting for an appointment and missing valuable family and work time.”

To access a doctor’s visit, patients go online to CAREnQ.com or download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. They complete a health questionnaire and connect to a local, emergency physician often in less than 15 minutes. Medications, if prescribed, are electronically submitted to the patient’s pharmacy of choice.

CAREnQ services patients 2 years of age and older located in Wisconsin and Michigan. (Illinois is coming soon). Virtual consultations are $49, and service is available seven days a week.

“Infinity HealthCare’s success is built on its longstanding relationships with the client hospitals, the medical staffs and the local communities we serve,” said Infinity’s chief executive officer and chairman Dr. Glenn Aldinger. “Our partnership with EPMG enhances our quality of service through this unprecedented advancement in telemedicine, allowing us to connect with a wider spectrum of communities by providing patients with convenient, expert health care.”
