Hunger Task Force rolls out the barrels

Organizations:

Hunger Task Force will deliver food donation boxes to 70 Pick N Save grocery stores in the Milwaukee area for its annual rolling out of the barrels Food for Family Program on Tuesday.
“The holidays are a special time in Milwaukee and Food For Families is a great way for people who can afford to help, to do so. It’s as easy as picking up an extra can or two at the grocery store and just dropping it in the box,” said Sherrie Tussler, executive director of Hunger Task Force.
The Food for Families program is sponsored by Johnson Controls. This is the fifth year the company has sponsored the program.
“With so many families in need, it is very rewarding to provide support to those who need it most during this holiday season," said Mary Dowell, director of global community relations at Johnson Controls.
