A home on Geneva Lake and a separate executive residence behind it were sold for $5.5 million, according to state records.

Included in the purchase was a two-story Colonial-style home and single-story executive residence, both on Creek Lane in the Town of Linn. The buyer was Irish Woods Farm LLC, which lists an address in Chicago. The seller was Pier 88 LLC, of Austin, Texas.

According to assessment records, the land and buildings had a combined assessed value of roughly $5.37 million. The two-story home sits on a 4.1-acre lot and was constructed in 1955. It has six bedrooms, five full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. The second house is located on a roughly 1.5-acre lot immediately north of the lakeside home. It was built in 2015 and has four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and a half bathroom.

Aerial imagery on Google Maps depicts an outdoor pool next to the lakeside home, and a pair of tennis courts by the executive residence.

This deal comes around the same time as another home on Geneva Lake was sold for nearly $7 million. That house, on Basswood Drive and also in the Town of Linn, totals 15,058 square feet and has seven bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms.
