How does personal fitness affect your work life? Personal fitness provides more energy and a better outlook.
How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization? Increased awareness. More people are exercising and watching what they eat.
What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative? Start something now. Don’t wait for the perfect program or definitive proof that a program will lower your medical costs.
