What does your daily or weekly fitness regime consist of?
"Workout 3-4 times a week, personal trainer twice a week, group workout on weekends in the winter, long bike on weekends in summer."

Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life?
"Feel good about myself which is self-motivating. Something both my wife and I can enjoy (groups spinning or group fitness sessions)."

How does personal fitness affect your work life?
"We are trying to get our employees healthier, eating right, exercise etc.If I don’t set an example I can’t expect many people to follow."

Do you have a corporate health or wellness initiative?

How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization?
"We are in the food industry and we care very deeply on how our products and services help others. Health and wellness is a lifestyle for us as individuals but is also a consumer trend that needs to be embraced by our company. Feeling good, doing good is good for business."

What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative?
"Set very specific personal goals. Not just I’m going to loose 5 lbs. this year. Rather, I’m going to loose 5 lbs by May 1, by going to the YMCA three times a week. And then tell everyone about it so they keep you accountable."
