Butler-based Berghammer Construction recently hosted its third annual Golden Hammer Awards ceremony at its headquarters.
The Golden Hammer Awards recognize southeastern Wisconsin subcontractors for their work and excellence in performance, quality and responsiveness on Berghammer projects.
Twenty contractors were nominated for the award by Berghammer personnel, based on overall project performance for 2008.

Joe Zoulek of Mid City Plumbing and Heating in Butler; Mike Chmielewski and Norm Niemiec of State Painting Company in West Allis, and John Loberg of Henry Marohl, Inc., in Wauwatosa were this year’s recipients.
