Milwaukee-based Funjet Vacations today launched Weddings by Funjet, a destination wedding planning service.
A wedding concierge works with couples to manage travel and wedding coordination, including excursions, hotel accommodations, dining and reception options. The single point of contact allows for a personalized wedding experience, the company said.
Bill La Macchia Jr., Paula Coffaro and Karmen Schmid will serve as Weddings by Funjet’s wedding concierges.
“We know arranging a destination wedding can be stressful and we had a vision to give couples the option to experience all the joy and excitement of planning without the typical headaches. Weddings by Funjet is that vision finally realized,” La Macchia said. “By equipping each couple with an in-destination team of wedding concierges, we’re able to bridge the gap between the couple and the hotel. We’re here to help deliver a truly unforgettable experience for both the couple and their guests.”
The service has a website, weddingsbyfunjet.com, that allows couples to explore the options available for destination weddings.
